Refund Policy

This policy covers licensed-tx paid subscriptions — featured contractor listings and license-expiration alerts. Looking up and verifying a license is always free.

Billing

Paid features are billed as monthly subscriptions through Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and you are not charged again. We do not charge a cancellation fee.

Refunds

  • First payment: if you are not satisfied, email us within 14 days of your first charge for a full refund.
  • Renewals: monthly renewal charges are generally non-refundable, but if you were charged in error or believe there is a billing problem, contact us and we will make it right.
  • Failed delivery: if a paid feature did not work as described, we will refund the affected period.

How to request a refund

Email hello@licensedtx.com with the email address on your account and a short note about the charge. We aim to respond within two business days.
